These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement made between you and Prime health Concept concerning your access to and use of our Prime health Concept App.
Terms of Service Agreement

By using Prime Health Concept App (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2.2. Registration: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Health Tourism Services
3.1. Services Offered: The App provides information and facilitates the booking of health tourism services. You acknowledge that the actual services are provided by third-party providers, and Prime Health Concept is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of these services.
3.2. Medical Disclaimer: Prime Health Concept does not provide medical advice or make medical recommendations. Any medical information provided on the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.
4. User Content
4.1. Content Submission: Users may submit reviews, testimonials, photos, and other content related to their health tourism experiences, including surgery photos. By submitting content, you grant Prime Health Concept a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
4.2. Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, or violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others. Prime Health Concept reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms.
4.3. Privacy: When sharing surgery photos or other personal information, you acknowledge that such content will be visible to other users of the App. You should exercise caution and ensure you have the necessary permissions to share such content.
5. Confidentiality
You understand and agree that the health information and personal data you provide to Prime Health Concept may be shared with third-party providers to facilitate health tourism services. Prime Health Concept will take reasonable steps to protect your data in accordance with its Privacy
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Prime Health Concept and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
Prime Health Concept reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
Prime Health Concept shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkish courts.
11. Changes to the Terms
Prime Health Concept reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
